It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the protective wear is suitable for its intended application and that it is used in accordance with any and all applicable safety standards, by-laws, regulations, and manufacturer instructions, including those that relate to the specific activity or sport in which the protective wear is intended to be used.  Improper use, alteration, or failure to follow safety instructions may result in reduced protection or injury.

*Whilst our headgear testing data, based on our own rigorous inhouse testing, and independently verified by Virginia Tech's helmet lab, shows a significant reduction in impact force, no headgear can protect against all possible impact or prevent all concussions or other injuries.  Any player in any sport can sustain a head injury with even the very best head protection.  We help to reduce the risk.
