Refund Policy

SWAARM Global will accept return goods within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Items must be returned with a copy of the proof of purchase and in original condition.  We cannot return an item if it has been used unless it has been deemed to be faulty.

SWAARM Global is unable to offer refunds if you change your mind regarding an SWAARM product, however we can offer to exchange the product for a different item, or a store credit.  Further shipping costs occurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  In the case of a wrong size ordered then it is possible for you to exchange your item for the same item in another size.

If returning a faulty item, SWAARM Global will first have to determine whether a manufacturing or other defect is present.  If the product is faulty, then you may chose between a refund and / or exchange.  We will refund the cost of all shipping expenses involved if the item is deemed to be faulty.

To proceed with your return please send an email to info@swaarmglobal.com, with the product details, the date of purchase, and the reason for return and we will be in touch with the next process.

*We recommend replacing your SWAARM product after 2 years of normal use, or if the product has become damaged in any way.
