Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter

The promoter is SWAARM Australia, 89 North-South Motorway, Hindmarsh SA 5007 ("Promoter").


2. Competition Period

The competition opens on the date it is first published and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 3 August 2026 ("Competition Period").

Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.


3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.


4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:

Complete the online competition entry form.
Submit their:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Mobile Number (optional)

Providing a mobile number is optional and is not required for a valid entry.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Incomplete, inaccurate or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid.


5. Prizes

There are three (3) prizes to be won.

1 × SWAARM Pro Headgear signed by Tristan Xerri
Prize 3
1 × SWAARM Pro Headgear signed by Caleb Daniel

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.


6. Winner Selection

This is a game of chance.

Three winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place on 6 August 2026.

The first valid entry drawn will receive Prize 1.
The second valid entry drawn will receive Prize 2.
The third valid entry drawn will receive Prize 3.


7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided during entry.

Winners may also be announced on SWAARM's website and social media channels.


8. Claiming Prizes

Winners must respond within 14 days of notification.

If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim their prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.


9. Marketing Consent

If a participant ticks the marketing opt-in checkbox during entry, they agree to receive marketing communications from SWAARM, including product news, promotions and special offers.

Participants who opt in may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in SWAARM emails.


10. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used to:

administer the competition;
contact winners;
deliver prizes;
send marketing communications (where consent has been provided);

and will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and SWAARM's Privacy Policy.


11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By participating in the competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
