We have carefully assembled some of the most reputable names in the world of technology, sport, healthcare and business to create our board.

FOUNDER & CEO
Simon Austerberry
Simon is a passionate, forward-thinking entrepreneur with a track record of challenging the status quo and solving problems through innovation. A proud 5th generation farmer from Paradise, Victoria, he brings broad experience across agriculture, viticulture, construction, and manufacturing.
As the founder of Sportswrap Australia, Simon launched the globally recognised “Batwraps” brand—partnering with cricket superstar Virat Kohli in 2023. He later founded Isoblox International (renamed SWAARM Global) developing advanced patented impact technology, with the SWAARM Halo Headgear earning a 5-star Virginia Tech rating in 2023.
Simon has also led remarkable growth as an AFL coach and club president, helping expand Glenunga Football Club from 80 to nearly 1,000 players, and overseeing multiple premiership wins across all grades.

BOARD MEMBER & CEO SWAARM ZHONGSHAN
Jack Tsai
Jack graduated with a Masters Degree in Computer Science from North Texas State University in June 1985.
Jack worked as a computer programmer for several years in Texas and then pursued his love of Property investment being a Licenced Real Estate agent in the USA until 1991.
Jack moved into the Insurance Industry and drove global growth for MetLife Insurance Company USA until leaving in 1998.
Jack then began his incredible journey in the manufacturing industry incorporating Little Bug Daily Products in 1999 and still going strong today.
Based in Zhongshan in the Guandong province Jack brings incredible manufacturing knowledge and experience to the Swaarm Global board and our manufacturing operations around the world.

CHAIR PERSON
Steven Trigg
Steven has extensive leadership experience across business, service industries, sports management, and media. His career began with an international aviation company, where he led strategic HR and IR programs, including enterprise bargaining and government negotiations. He later held senior executive roles, including CEO of both the Adelaide and Carlton Football Clubs.
Steven's strengths lie in strategic planning, project management, and leadership within complex organizations. His expertise spans the wine industry, elite sport, media/PR, change management, governance, and policy development. He holds a Master of Business Administration, a Management Diploma, and an Education Degree. He has also served on several commercial and charitable boards.
Steven is married to Susie and has two daughters.

GROUP STRATEGIC ADVISOR, TAXATION & ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Tom Carr
Tom is a Partner at Oreon Partners, Chartered Accountants & Financial Planners. After returning from two years overseas, he played semi-professional football with the Port Adelaide Magpies before pursuing a career in accounting. While working for Qantas, he completed university and the Chartered Accounting program, joining Oreon and becoming a Partner by 2014.
Tom oversees Oreon’s admin and finance functions—including reporting, cash flow, forecasting, and financial systems—and leads a team serving clients in professional sports, agriculture, medical fields, and family businesses across Adelaide. He is known for his approachable style and dedication to helping both clients and colleagues succeed.
Married with four children, Tom is an avid sports fan who enjoys coaching juniors and travelling with his family.

BOARD MEMBER
Sarah Hooper
Sarah is Principal of Track Legal, a boutique firm specialising in commercial and estate litigation, business succession, and general commercial law. Previously a Partner at Wallmans, she holds degrees in Business and Law from UniSA and the University of Adelaide.
She advises on risk management and has deep experience in resolving disputes—ranging from shareholder and director issues to property, defamation, and consumer protection claims. Sarah also specialises in estate and trust litigation, with a focus on family business succession.
Known for her practical, personable style, she builds trust quickly with clients and stakeholders. Sarah serves on the Governance Committee of the Australia Day Council of SA and the Law Society’s Succession and Elder Law Committee, and has held roles on several other not-for-profit boards.

BOARD MEMBER
Gregg Harris
Gregg is a seasoned banking executive with nearly 25 years of experience across NAB, Commonwealth Bank, and Trust Bank. As former General Manager for NAB South Australia, he oversaw over 850 staff, 280,000 customer relationships, and $20 billion in lending across SA, NT, NW Australia, and Western NSW. He chaired the SA/NT State Leadership Council and played key roles on NAB’s national leadership teams, leading initiatives in crisis management, service strategy, and Indigenous engagement.
Recognised with the NAB CEO Award in 2016 for outstanding leadership, Gregg is a passionate people leader with a track record of top-quartile employee engagement. He holds an MBA and a Diploma in Professional Coaching and is currently the founder of TurningPoint Career, Coaching & Consultancy.
Gregg also serves as Chair of The Helix Group Investment Committee, is CEO and co-owner of the Adelaide Hills Bucks cricket franchise, and is actively involved in men's mental health advocacy. He is married with four children.

BOARD MEMBER
Dr James Rice
Dr Rice is a Rehabilitation Physician and clinical leader in Paediatric Rehabilitation, with experience across Australia, the UK, and Canada. He has played a pivotal role in developing and expanding paediatric rehabilitation services, including founding the Victorian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service in Melbourne and launching the award-winning Child and Adolescent Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service in South Australia.
A past President of the Australasian Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine, James specialises in managing cerebral palsy, paediatric brain injury, and other developmental conditions. He combines a busy clinical practice with proven leadership in clinical governance and health service transformation.
James is dedicated to improving outcomes in women’s and children’s health and championing equity for young people with disabilities.

BOARD MEMBER
Andrew O'Shea
Andrew is the Executive Director – IMT Australia Group.
Property Development and Offsite Building Techniques, Andrew has been involved in the manufacturing and construction industry for over 25 years.
In addition to Australia, Andrew has successfully invested and constructed internationally in China, New Zealand, Malaysia and Canada.
Andrew is the original founder and inventor of a “Modular” building system that was patented in 2008 for high-rise structures and awarded with an Oztrade grant for innovation.
Andrew has also established and incorporated business in the USA, Hong Kong & South Pacific Islands. Andrew brings to the Board a high level of experience in Manufacturing and International corporate experience.

GENERAL MANAGER & COMPANY SECRETARY
Margot Austerberry
Margot began her career with the Suzanne Johnston Organization and Sony Music Entertainment in Melbourne before relocating to rural Victoria and later Adelaide. In 2004, she founded Marlargo Wines, successfully exporting to over 12 countries and earning numerous industry awards. She later launched 89 South Brewing, which won Best-in-Class Australian Lager at the Sydney Royal Show in 2021.
Margot has deep expertise in the wine and beverage industries, covering compliance, global logistics, and product development. She was Administration Coordinator for the 2023 Australian Masters Games in Adelaide, overseeing admin and accreditation for over 7,000 athletes.
A Life Member of Glenunga Football Club, Margot has contributed in multiple leadership and volunteer roles.
